Cancellation Policy

At Desirée Jones Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling: • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will be considered a missed appointment and may be subject to the full service fee. No-Show Policy: • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or full-service charge. Travel Fee Policy: To ensure a seamless and luxurious experience, I bring a complete professional setup directly to you, including all tools, products, and equipment for your skincare service. Standard Travel Fee • $75 per visit Covers all mobile services within a 35-mile radius of the primary service area. Extended Travel Fee • $95 per visit Applies to appointments located 35+ miles away. Availability may vary based on location and setup needs. Additional Access Fees (if applicable) • $10–$15 may be added for: • Multiple flights of stairs with no elevator access • Limited or paid parking • Unusual setup requirements (e.g. hotel setups, outdoor treatments) • Package Clients: Enjoy a discounted travel fee as a thank-you for your commitment. (Rate provided upon booking) Your comfort is my priority, and these fees help cover travel time, setup, and the safe transport of equipment to ensure a luxury experience wherever you are. Deposits & Prepayments (if applicable): • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of service cost may be required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your total service cost at checkout.
